This product is individually made to order based on your purchase. Production begins immediately after your order and payment are completed. Once your order is placed, cancellation, modification, exchange, and refund are not available.

Exchange & Refund Policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of this product, cancellation, exchange, and refund for any change of mind are not available, including but not limited to:

• Requesting cancellation after placing an order
• Color, texture, or design differing from expectations
• Incorrect size selection
• Cancellation due to personal circumstances
• Color differences due to monitor or mobile display settings
• Minor size variations that may occur during production
• Color tone differences due to rug pile direction and lighting

Defective or Incorrect Delivery

If there is a significant production defect, damage during shipping, or if you receive a product different from your order, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt. We will take appropriate action, including remaking, exchange, or refund.

Payment Notice

For high-value payments, your card issuer or payment provider may require identity verification.

Orders may be cancelled or held if suspected of stolen card use, identity theft, or other abnormal activity.
